摘要
采用外源性前列腺素 F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))、高雌激素、低孕酮诱导前列腺素(PGs)异常,建立原发性痛经的动物模型,对比评估加味没竭汤与消炎痛对其 E_2/P—PGs、cAMP/cGMP、肌浆 Ca^(2+)观察轴的作用,结果表明:加味没竭汤对观察轴各环节均显示药效作用,而消炎痛主要作用于 PGs 环节。
Primary dysmenorrhea model were made by means of hyperestrogenemia,hypoprogestogenemia and PGF2。 injecting,then the models were treated with Modified Mo-Jie Decoction(MJD)and indomethacin,comparing with the pre-treatment results of determination of E_2/P-PGs-cGMP and myoplasmic Ca^(2+),it's obvious that MJD has therapeutic effect on various links in the axis of E_2/P-PGs-cAMP/cGMP-Ca^(2+),while indomethacin could on- ly affect the PGs.
