拟黑多刺蚁水提液抗小鼠惊厥作用的研究

Effect of Water Extract of Polyrhachis Vicine on Epileptic Animal Models

本研究观察拟黑多刺蚁水提液对几种惊厥动物模型的影响。证明本品是一种具有广谱抗惊厥作用的混合物,能对抗大鼠听源性发作、小鼠最大电休克、戊四唑惊厥及海人藻酸所致的惊厥,本品还能增强苯巴比妥钠和苯妥英钠的抗惊厥作用。

In this paper,the effects of water extract of Polyrhachis vicine on convulsion by using several animal models were studied.The results showed that the water extract had broad anticonvulsive effects.It could effectively an- tagonize not only audiogenic seizure in rats.but also those induced by maximal electric shock (MES), pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) and kanic acid in mice.In addition,it also could enhance the anticonvulsive effects of phenobarbital sodium and phenytoin sodium.
