摘要
由我院研制的连续乳化器是连续生产乳化炸药的关键设备。它采用可逆复合叶轮合理匹配新结构,使乳胶粒度细化至1um范围内,并能在十几秒钟内完成水、油两相的连续乳化,这是乳化技术的重大突破和成功。本文根据实验室模拟试验情况及现场生产的实际需要,详尽地阐述了这种乳化器参数选择的依据和合理的结构设计原则。
The continuing emulsifier developed by our Institute is a key equipment inthe continuous production of emulsion explosive.This emulsifier used a new structure ofreasonable matching with reversiblly combined impeller.It can make the particle size ofemulsion fine to≤1um and finish the continuous emulsificatlon of water phase and oilphase in 10~20 seconds.This is an important breakthrough and success in emulsificationtechnology.Based on the simulation test in the laboratory and the practical requirements ofin-situ production,this paper describes in detail the criteria for selecting the emulslfier pa-rameters and the principle of reasonable structure design.
