磨料水射流在切割牙轮钻头中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 使用一段时间后的牙轮钻头必有损伤。为了准确地分析与掌握牙轮钻头工作时的受力状况,必须观察其内部损伤部位和范围,这就需要对牙轮钻头的牙轮和牙掌进行切割剖析。用磨料水射流切割牙轮钻头不失为一种理想的切割方法,它与传统切割方法相比,具有工效高、切口质量好等特点。本文论述了这一新技术中使用的设备、切割原理、试验情况,并对其切割效果与传统切割方法进行了对比分析。 Inevitably,the cone bits will be damaged after it is used for a period. In orderto actually analyze and understand the force applied on cone bit in operating,it is necessaryto observe the location and area of its internal damage part.Thereby,cut and analysis tothe cutter and cutting face of cone bit will be needed,while the abrative waterjet cuttingmachine can yet be regarded as a desired cutting tool.Compared with the conventional cut-ting method,the abrasive waterjet cutting is characterized by high efficiency and good qual-ity etc.This paper describes the equipment needed by the application of this new tech-nique,principle of cutting and test results,and compares the effects of abrasive waterjetcutting with those of conventional cutting.
