摘要
随着工业的发展,材料的超细粉末的应用日益广泛,而采用气流粉碎的方法是获得超细粉末的最佳途径。气流粉碎颗粒不但在细度、纯度和均匀度等指标上优于机械磨碎产品,而且利用高速气流可对一些用机械手段不能加工的特殊物理性能(如低熔点、高硬度等)的材料进行粉碎。本文结合工作实践,论述了气流粉碎的工作原理、颗粒粒度和气流速度的控制。指出,控制颗粒的受力状况、合理设计喷嘴、调整喷射角度是获得良好破碎效果的关键。
With the industrial development,the use of material superfines has beenwidened.The best way to produce the superfines is by air-flow crushing.The particlescrushed by air flow have advantages over the mechanically grinded product in fineness,pu-rity and evenness etc,Meanwhile,some materials with special physical properties such aslow melting point and high hardness etc can be crushed by high-speed air flow rather thanmechanical process.Referring to his our practice the anther described the working princi-ple fo air-flow crushing and the control of particla sixa and air-flow velocity;pointed outthat the key to the acquisition of better crushing result lies in the control of forces appliedon the particles,the reasonable design of nozzle and the adjustment of jet angle.
