石油化工特殊工况的高压水射流清洗技术

THE CLEANING TECHNOLOGY OF THE HIGHPRESSURE WATER JET USED IN THE SPECIALCONDITIONS FOR PETROCHEMICAL EQUIPMENTS

采用高压水射流技术清洗石油化工设备，已经越来越被石油化工企业的人们所认识，所接受。近年来，中国石油化工企业在设备检修中，已广泛推广应用高压水射流清洗技术，并取得了显著的技术成果和经济效益。本文不讨论一般条件、通常工况下的清洗问题，而是着重介绍了中国石油化工企业特殊设备、特殊介质、特殊污垢、特殊现场作业环境等特殊工况下的高压水射流清洗技术。这里包括①４００立方米容积的合成橡胶胶液储罐的清洗技术；②直径１．１２米，高５６米的重油催化裂化油汽管线的清洗技术；③罐内有９圈被硬水垢完全堵塞的盘管的清洗技术；④被苯乙烯聚合物完全堵塞的换热器管程以及其它特殊工况下的清洗技术。研究开发石油化工特殊工况下的高压水射流清洗技术及应用并不断使之进步与提高，无论是对高压水射流清洗技术的发展，还是对石油化工企业的经济效益和社会效益都十分有益。

This paper introduces the cleaning technology using the high pressure water jet mainly,which was used in special equipments,special mediumes,special foul,special clean operatingconditions and so on. There are the synthetic rubber colloid tanks which scale is 400, 000liters,the heavy oil catalytic cracking plant's oil gas pipe which scale is 1.12m diameters and56m high, the coil pipe which is 9 loops in a tank and it was pluged completely by waterfoul, the heat exchanger's tube side which was pluged completely by polystyrene, and thetechnology for other special clean operating conditions.It is not only benefit for developing the cleaning technology using the high pressure water jet, but also has the economic efficiency and social for petrochemical equipments, thatstudying and developing the cleaning technology of the high pressure water jet and its applying or cleaning the petrochemical equipments under the special clean operating conditions.
