消化系肿瘤病人外周血NK细胞的变化及临床意义

The changes and clinical significance of NK cells in peripheral blood from patients with tumor of digestive tract

检测１１２例消化系肿瘤病人的外周血自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞数，发现胃癌、结肠癌、肝癌病人ＮＫ细胞数量均减少，与正常对照组相比，差异有显著性，其中结肠癌ＮＫ细胞数减少最明显。此结果表明检测ＮＫ细胞数对肿瘤病人的诊疗有较大的临床意义。讨论了肿瘤病人ＮＫ细胞数减少的可能原因。

The amount of NK cells in peripheral blood from 112 patients with tumor of digestivetract were detected.It was found that the amount of NK cells of the patients withcarcinoma of stomach and with carcinoma of colon and with liver cancer has been reduced. Comparing to the normal control group,the difference is significant. The reduction of NKcells of carcinoma of colon was obvious.Results showed that detecting the number ofNKcells has great clinical significance in diagnosing and treating patients with tumor.It was al- so discussed her that the possible reasons of the reduction ofNK cells.
