摘要
根据热力学原理,分析了空气包工作过程中各种可能的热力学过程,计算了SL3NB—1300A钻井泵应配备的空气包体积,从而为减少钻井空气包体积提供了理论依据。通过对40L、75L空气包试验结果的回归分析,得出了40L、75L空气包充气预压力与泵压之间的关系,对合理选择空气包充气预压力有指导意义。
According to thermodynamics theory,various possible thermodynamics processes are analyzed, the volume of the air chamber equiped onSL3NB-1300A drilling pumps calculated, so as to provide the theoritical basis for decreasing the chambervolume. With the regression analysis of the test results on 40L and 75L chambers, the relationship between air pre-pressure in it and pump pressure wereobtained, which is of importance for proper selectionof air pre-pressure.
