深圳市洪涝灾害的数值模拟与分析 被引量:18

摘要 深圳市自建特区以来,沿河沿海低地迅速城市化,流域内大规模的开发活动加剧了水土流失,河道淤塞严重,行洪能力降低,新增市区防洪排涝设施不足,使深圳市洪涝灾害更趋频繁,经济损失急剧增长,为配合深圳市制定新的防洪(潮)规划,本研究开发了城市洪水演进一、二维不恒定流混合模型,分现状与规划措施实施后两种情况对各典型年暴雨、高潮的组合在深圳市可能造成的洪涝灾害进行了模拟和分析,其结果为深圳市合理评价防洪(潮)规划提供了依据。 Since the establishment of Specail Economic Zone, the lowland around the rivers and coast in Shenzhen city has been urbanized rapidly. The development activities on a large scale in the river basins aggravate soil erosion that cause grave siltation in river channels and a decrease in their flow capacities. In newly urbanized area, the flood control and storm drainage installations are inadequate. All of these arouse flood disasters more frequently and seriously in Shenzhen city. In order to cooperate with the formulation of a new flood control planning for Shenzhen city, a numerical model mixed with 1- D and 2- D unsteady flow has developed for the simulation of flooding caused by rainstorm with different frequency and high tide in Shenzhen city. Two set of calculated results, under present situation and that by the planning, have been made, which provide scientific basis for the assessment of the new flood control planning.
