摘要
应用TVS-2000ST型红外热象仪对在135mm×78mm×120mm的长方罐中含水油品的燃烧过程进行了动态壁温的测量。实验结果表明:对小尺度油罐,一维热传导的理论是可行的。另外,发现在扬沸前夕油层的温度梯度并不下降,而总的温度值下降,这有助于理解扬沸形成的物理过程和正确地预报扬沸。
TVS-2000ST Thermo Vodep System was used to measure the instantanneous tem-perature distribution on the side wall of tank (135mm× 78mm× 120mm) with liquid fuelburning bupportted on water. The results show : for small scale oil tank, theory of one-dimensional thermal conduction model is avaiable. Furthermore, when the water sub-laver starts to boil, the temperature gradient across the fuel layer does not vanish buttotel temperatuere level of the fuel decreases, This will be helpful to elucidate thephysics of boilover and to forewarn oncoming of boilover correctly.
