在对经济发展中外资适度规模加以正确定义的基础上，认为外资适度规模是一国利用外资来加速经济发展的最优境界，并根据集合分析的方法具体地研究了经济发展与外资适度规模的决定问题，探讨了外资适度规模的宏观监测与组织等有关问题。

This dissertation theoretically discussed the OPtimal scale of foreign capital in the course of economic development. I hold the views that the optimal scale of the foreign capital is the opthal state which a developing country utieises the foreign capital for speeding up the economic growth. Furthermore, also studied the determination of the optical scale and the macro-forecasting of the foreign capital,etc.
