高新技术产业化的现状、障碍及策略研究

从动力机制、现实模式资金投入等多方面回顾了我国高新技术产业化的现状,结合其具有的高风险、高投入、多环节、多种创新因素的结合等特点,分析了高技术产业化所面临的诸多障碍及挑战.并从健全利益驱动机制,加强产学研合作,发展技术市场,建立相适应的投资机制等角度,提出发展高新技术产业化的政策性建议.

This paper reviews the industrialization of high-new technology nowadays in several aspects.including mechanisms of motive force and practical patterns, input of capital and so on. According to its characteristics which contain high risk , high input ,multicourses and combination of several kinds of innovation ,the obstacles and challenges aheadhave been analysed. The policy advice is also given at the end of this paper, embracing perfecting the mechanism motivated by interest with the purpose of strengthening the cooperation between universities, institutions and enterprises , development of technology market, establishing suitable mechanism of investment and so forth.
