National Economy Evaluation Method of Highway Project

本文概述了项目经济评价的沿革及其在我国应用的特点，并对现行公路建设项目经济评价方法提出了修正意见。同时．通过对公路建设项目费用和效益的不同组成的分析，提出了公路建设项目费用和效益的一种新的计算方法。

The evolution of project economic evaluation and its characteristics in practicein China are summarized in this paper. Suggestions for revising the current economic evaluation methed of highway construction project are presented.Meanwhile,a new cost and benefitcaculation methed of highway project and the proposed evaluation indexes are shown by analying the various components of cost and benefit of the highway construction priject.
