摘要
针对交通安全概念的模糊性、评价者思维方式的多样性以及评价结果常以口语化词汇表达的特点，指出应用模糊数学的基本原理和方法来解决这一问题是合理的和可行的。
In view of the vagueness of the term of traffic safety and the diversifiedmodes of thinking on evaluation among experts as well as linguistic representation of thesafety evaluation,a fuzzy-based model that may be reasonable and feasible to solve the prob-lem is studied in the paper.
