This article briefly introduces the concept of quick market response mechanism and the factors required for buliding it. As it suggests, a quick market response can be achieved through the simplification of the procedures concerning management and new product development. In conclusion, the author has put forward proposals with regarding to the related supporting systems , which is very critical for the programme.
