高速钢萘状断口预防及消除机理研究

摘要 本文阐述了预防及消除高速钢萘状断口的“亚晶稳定化处理”工艺,并对其预防和消除机理进行了探讨.试验结果表明,经45分钟稳定化处理可代替中间退火预防萘状断口的产生;经95分钟稳定化处理可消除萘状断口.并使抗弯强度和冲击韧性有不同程度地提高. This paper describes the subgrain stabilizing treatment process for preven-tion and elimination of naphthalene fracture in high speed steel, and also inquires into themechanism. The experimental results show that subgrain stabilizing treatment in forty-fiveminutes may be substituted for the process annealing to prevent the naphthalene fracture.The results also show that subgrain stabilizing treatment in ninety-five minutes can elimi-nate the naphthalene fracture, and the impact toughness and bending strength are im-proved in some degree.
