摘要
本文研究了乳制品中山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸组分的气相色谱分析方法.在Na:13ml/min,柱温:168℃,5%DEGS/Chromosorb W Hp(100—120目)柱上对山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸组分进行了分离测定.山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸检出限分别为1× 10^(-8)g、2×10^(-8)g、2×10^(-8)g.分离度和重现性较好.
In this paper, a gas chromatographic method for the determination offorbic acid. dehydroacetic acid and benzoic acid in foods were separated with a glass col-umn of 5% DEGS supported on chromosorb W Hp (100-120 mesh), and high purity ni-trogen as carrier gas at flow rate of 10ml/min(The column tempreture was kept to168℃. The detection limits are 1 x 10-8g, 2 x 10-8 and 2 x 10-8g for forbic acid, DHA andbenzoic acid respectively. Better sensitivity and reproducibility were achieved in this analy-sis.
