常用铅中毒检测指标的三值问题

Study on"three values"of commonly used biological indices in lead monitoring

生物检测指标中的＂正常参考值＂，生物接触限值（可接受上限值）＂与＂诊断值＂，简称＂三值＂。本文复习了血铅（ＰｂＢ）、尿铅（ＰｂＵ）、原卟啉（ＥＰ）、锌原卟啉（ＺＰＰ）及尿中ＡＬＡ的有关三值资料。全国铅课题协作组通过４年（１９９１～１９９３）的调研工作，共调查了３１８８人。经用判别分析法得出上述各项指标的三值，并结合文献资料提出了我国常用铅中毒检测指标的三值建议值。通过在镇江、白银两市的验证，初步认为此建议值是可行的。

The authors introduced and reviewed the〃normal reference value'，the'biological exposure limit value',and 'diagnostic lower limit value'（three values )of the biological indices commonly used lead monitoring,including lead in blood（PbB) lead in urine(PbU),erythroprotoporphyrin(EP)and zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP)in blood ,and δ-ALA in urine(aLA)After three years(1991～1993)nationwide cooperative cohort study ,3188 persons were investigated.By using discriminant analysis with Bayes formula and previous results,the'three values'of lead biologieal monitoring indices in China were recommended,Verification of the recommended 'three values ' in two different cities，Zhenjiang and Baiyin,proved that they were reasonable in China.
