纳米科学和技术是一门崭新的科学技术，其研究对象是原子和分子的大小序列。本文从生物大分子三维图象重建和作为生物医学工具的纳米材料和器件等两个方面综述了其在生命科学中的应用，其中也提到了我校的一些工作。

Abstract The nanometer scale science and technology are a new technical field.Theobject of the study is atomic and molecular scale sequences. In this paper,we describe its ap-plication in life sciences:one of which is the 3-dimension image reconstruction of biomacro-molecules and the other is the nanometer scale materials and apparatus which are applied asbiomedicaI tools.Some work that we have done is also introduced briefly in the paper.
