摘要
纳米机械系统的设计研究是一个崭新的课题,本文概述了纳米机械系统的有关设计模型及其基本原理和结构。
Abstract Nano-scale machine system,as a prospective new research field,is gener-ally expected to make great contributions to the areas of medical and biological treatment,ba-sic science,industry,and daily life by performing operations heretofore impossible. Researchand development of NMS requires integration of many technologies from a wide range of spe-cific field.The paper give a brief introduction of some different models of NMS.The Muscleactuator and Flagcllar motor are mentioned as two examples of biotic model-based nano-scale actuators,We also intruduce several ways of Atomic and Molecular manipulation usingScanning Tunneling Mieroscope and a Laser Microparticle Manipulator.At last we give aoverview of the basic fabrication of a nano-scale robot system,it includes a measuring sys-tem of the nano-scale quantities and a minimizing system of the manipulations.
