自组装技术制备纳米级厚度的有机非线性光学超薄膜

摘要 采用自组装技术将某些有机小分子共价键合于基片表面,得到二阶非线性光学超薄膜。薄厚小于30,最大X(2)值为7.94×10(-10)esu。膜不溶于一般有机溶剂,在130℃下稳定,放置3个月X(2)值没有明显降低。 Abstract Some ultrathin organic fillms,which have second harmonic generationproperty,are prepared by seif-assembly method.The employed small molecules that containphromophore are covalently bonded to the substrate surface.The thickness of films are lessthan 30 and the maximum X(2) value is 7.94×10(-10) esu.All the films are insoluable incommom organic solvents and also stable untill 130℃,Temporal stability studies reveal noobvious decline in the X(2) values in the course of three months.
