摘要
通过对混合单分子膜体系──花生酸(简称AA)和5,10,15-三苯基-20-(4-dl-α-苯丙氨酰氨基)苯基卟啉(TPPP)单分子膜的原子力显微术(AFM)研究,发现其中存在相分离现象。在中性条件下,可观察到AA分子形成的不规则状及圆形的处于液态凝聚相(LC)的微晶畴(Domain)结构。在酸性条件下,除了AADomain以外,还可观察到卟啉分子形成的微晶畴结构以及AA与TPPP共同组成的微结构。测量了混合LB膜在不同结构下的紫外可见光谱。
Abstract Through Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM),phase separation was observedin the mixed monolayer films composed of arachidic acid(AA)and 5,10,15-triphenyl-20-(4-dl-α-phenylalanylamindo) phenyl porphyrin(TPPP).Irregular and circular AA do-mains in the liquid-condensed(LC)phase were found on the neutral conditions. While onthe condition of the acidic subphase,apart from AA domains,we observed TPPP domains aswell as some microscopic structure constructed by AA and TPPP together. UV-Vis spec-trum measurements were also performed on the mixed LB films under different microstruc-tures.
