离子注入纳米材料及其磁性能研究──^(57)Fe、^(12)C离子注入多晶Cu片

摘要 57Fe、12C离子先后注入到多晶cu片中,由内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱观察注入离子的退火动力学过程,发现经500℃退火后生成Fe的纳米颗粒,又透射电子显微镜观察到该颗粒尺寸为25nm左右,它们在281K和液氮温度时的矫顽力分别为1150Oe和370Oe。 Abstract The iron nano-particles[α-Fe] were forrned by coimplanted 57Fe and 12Cin Cu after annealing at 500℃ for 30m. The dose and energy of implanted 57Fe were 5× 10”16at/cm2 and 80KeV respectively,and 1×10 17at/cm2 and 20KeV for 12 C respectively.The ther-mal dynamics of Fe atoms was monitored by CEMS.The size of iron particles which is about25nm in diameter was measured by TEM,The coercive fOr ces of the α-Fe which are 1150 Oeand 370 Oe,respectively at RT and 80K were found by vibrating sample magnetometer.
