摘要
用Zn(Ac)2·2H2O为原料,通过溶胶一凝胶(Sol-Gel)法合成了纳米级ZnO超细粉末。研究了反应物浓度,溶剂和改性剂用量,以及溶胶剂种类对胶溶过程的影响。Zn(OH)2凝胶在400℃下煅烧2小时后,可以得到结晶型圆球状纳米级ZnO超细粉,纯度为99.25%(wt),平均粒径为30nm,粒径分布范围窄。
Abstract ZnO ultrafine powders have been prepared from Zn(Ac)2·2H2Oby Sol一Gel method.Effects of reactant concentration,amount of solvent and modifier,kinds of pep-tizator have been studied.After calcination at 400℃ and 800℃ for 2h,a crystalline sphericalZnO ultrafine powder with the average particle diameter of 30nm and purity of 99.25%canbe obtained.
