摘要 采用精密压力传感器及液面图象显微观测流速方法的微流量测量系统可以对微流体运动的有关参数进行方便、较精确的测量。本文介绍了微流量测量系统的组成、原理,进行了微管道流体运动特性的测量试验,对影响测量精度的因素进行了分析。 Abstract A developed microfluid measuring system can be used to measure someparameters in microfluid flowing precisely,in which a precise pressure sensor and themethod of observing the surface image of fluid under the microscope were adopted to obtainthe pressure and flow rate signal.The building up and the principle of the system were intro-duced in the paper,an experiment on fluid flow in micro-pipe was then presented,severalaspects which influnce the measuring accuracy were also analyzed.
