摘要
本文提出了一种基于分数Talbot效应的菲涅耳衍射型多位相光栅阵列器件的设计方法,并研制了9阶位相的32×32Talbot光栅阵列器,开拓了一种新型微光学器件。文中给出了理论分析与实验结果。
Abstract A method to design a Talbot grating with multilevel phases based on frac-tional Talbot effect is proposed.An Talbot grating array of 32×32 with nine-level phasesis fabricated,which is a new kind of micro optical componenzts.The theoretical analvsis andexperimental result are also deseribed.
