本文设计并研制了半导体激光器消象散和准直、波面整形及光束变形等几种二元光学器件。并阐述了它们在激光技术等方面的重要应用价值。

Abstract In this paper,the design and fabrication of sorne binary optical elementsare introduced.These elements can be used in the diode laser for eliminating astigmatism andcollimating,laser beam profile shaping,laser beam transforming.This kind of elements iswidely applied in industrial lasers.
