摘要
借助于自制的旋转弯曲腐蚀疲劳试验机,模拟钻井现场条件,研究了钻杆40Cr钢在高含H2S钻井液中的腐蚀及腐蚀疲劳、O_2和H_2S对腐蚀疲劳的作用机制;还研究了缓蚀剂咪唑啉和除氧剂Na_2SO_3对钻杆腐蚀疲劳的抑制作用,以及外加电流对腐蚀疲劳的影响等,实验结果表明,钻井液添加缓蚀剂和除氧剂后,增加了40Cr钢腐蚀疲劳寿命。
A study of corrosion fatigue of drill pipe made of steel type 40 Cr in Drilling fluids witha high content of H2S has been carried out with a self-made rotary type bending corrosion fa-tigue testing apparatus under simulated drilling conditions.The mechanism of the effects ofO_2 and H_2S on corrosion fatigue and the inhibiting action of the imidazoline inhibitor and O_2scavenger(Na_2SO_3)on corrosion fatigue of drill pipe as well as the effect of the externallyapplied current on corrosion fatigue are also studied.Experimental results show that the fa-tigue life of 40 Cr is lengthened after adding corrosion inhibitors and O_2 scavenger.
