本文报告了高原地区（海拔3000m）颌面部损伤的特点。通过95例伤员临床分析证实，高原颌面部外伤后，清创时限明显比平原地区延长，且伤口愈合良好；骨折创口损伤重，愈合期较平原晚。这些现象与高原地区特定的地理环境有关，

Characteristies of maxillofacial injary in high altitude district was reported in this article. Clinical analysis of 95 cases of these patients showed that, When altitude maxillofacial injury occured, time limit of debridement was significantly prologed than plain land district and wound healed well;fracture wound injured severely,the healing period was later than plain land, These phenomena were related to the specific geographical circumstance of high altitude district.
