TDZ在组织培养中的生物学效应 被引量:7

摘要 TDZ是一种新型植物生长调节剂,具有强烈的细胞分裂素活性,在植物组织培养中,它能促进分生组织的形成和茎的增殖,其效应远比腺嘌呤型细胞分裂素强。根据有关研究结果综述了TDZ在组织培养中的生物学效应。
