PRSV—外壳蛋白基因在转基因番木瓜中的表达

EXPRESSION OF PRSV-CP GENE IN TRANSGENIC PAPAYA

用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥｎｚｙｍｅｌｔｉｎｋｃｄＩｍｍｕｎｏｓｏｒｂｒｎｔＡｓｓａｙ ＥＬＩＳＡ）和蛋白质免疫印迹技术（ｗｅｓｔｅｒｍｂｌｏｔ）．对番木瓜环斑病毒外壳蛋白（ＰＲＳＶ－ＣＰ）基因转基因植株进行表达蛋白的检测。ＥＬＩＳＡ的结果表明，外壳蛋白基因已在转基因番木瓜中表达；ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ分析结果表明，外壳蛋白基因在转基因植株中的表达产物具有与天然蛋白同样的大小及相同的血清学反应。

Papaya-ringspot-virus cocqt-prot ein(PRSV-CP)expressed in transgenic Papaya plantlets wasdetected by tising Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)cqnd Western blot.ELISA detection showed expression of PRSV-CP gene in the transgenic plantlets.Western blot analysis dis-closed that the gene prodticts expressed in transgenic Papaya had a molecular weight(MW)andserological reaction similar to natural viral coat protein。
