云南松思茅松磺化化学机械浆的初步研究

Studies on Sulphonated Chemi Mechanical Pulp(SCMP)of Pinus yunanensis Franch and Pinus kesiya Royle ex Gord

通过对云南松和思茅松的磺化化学机械浆(SCMP)进行探索,结果发现了磺化处理思茅松木片的最佳工艺条件为:Na_2SO_3用量为18%,最高温度为150℃,液比6:1,保温时间40min,然后应用YG01盘磨机进行机械后处理.同时发现SCMP的得率和光学性能接近SGW,强度性质接近CP.并发现由于云南松与思茅松原料本身的差异造成SCMP的强度也有差别,以上充分说明了SCMP能扩大MP的使用范围.

The results indicated that the optimum sulphonating condition for Pinus kesiya Royle ex Gord is,content of Na_2SO_3 18%,the highest temperature 150℃,liquor ratio 6:1, heat preservation time 40 min.The yield and physical and chemical properties of SCMP were studied as well.
