摘要
湿法两面光中密度纤维板的废水处理可分为两部分,80%的网下"白水"进行封闭回用,20%的"预压"水进行处理,该文详细讨论各种化学和生物处理的方法,并进行了比较.经化学和生物处理后,"预压"水的悬浮物、COD值和挥发酚值有所降低,其中生物处理后的COD和挥发酚的去除率可达87%和86%,COD值降为191mg/l,挥发酚降为0.46mg/l,达到了国家新建厂废水的排放标准.
Sewage treatment in wet process for two-faced middle density fiber board can be divided into two parts,closedly re-use the 80%'white water'under a net,and treat the 20%'pre-press'water.Various biological or chemical methods are discussed and contrasted in detail.After the biological or chemical treatment,suspended substance,COD and volatile phenol of'pre-press'water will be decreased,eliminating rate of COD and volatile phenol of biological treatment can reach respectively 87% and 86%,COD will be decreased to 191mg/ l,and volatile phenol will be decreased to 0.46mg/l,so standard of sewage for state factory built now can be reached.
