摘要
该文研究了普通木工圆锯片用材65Mn钢及普通碳钢的含碳量和热处理制度对磁声发射的影响.结果表明:含碳量对钢的磁声发射有显著的影响.含碳量越高钢的磁声发射越弱.65Mn钢退火态有较强的磁声发射信号.随回火温度的升高,65Mn钢的磁声发射信号将显著回升并趋近于退火态.
The results show that MAE is obviously influenced by carbon content.Under the annealed 65Mn,the variation of MAE(RN)is rather strong.MAE produced in 65Mn in- creased with the increasing of tempering temperature.
