木制地板尺寸稳定性处理的工艺因子研究

A Study on Process Factor in the Dimension of Stability of Wooden Floor

为了提高木质地板的尺寸稳定性,通常的方式是将化学物充入地板,这种方法的主要技术关键是选择适当的化学处理液,控制处理液的浸入量,掌握合理的固化工艺.该研究采用正交试验法对影响处理液之木材渗入量的几个因素:渗透压力、保压时间、木材含水率进行分析.通过分析发现:最适宜的工艺条件为:木材含水率30%～40%,保持压力1MPa,可通过保压时间的变化控制处理液的渗入量,其时间为杨木3h,桦木2h,柞木6h.

In order to improve the dimension of stability of wooden floor,the common method is to cram the chemical materials into the wooden floor.The key technology is to choose the suitable chemical treatment liquids,control the permeated quantity and master the solidified process.This research discusses the main factors affected the chemical treat- ment liquids against the permeated quantity.Such as osmotic pressure,keeping pressure time,the water rate of raw materal and so on.
