This paper chiefly states the planning and construction of'Long Quan Tan Mei'(a Mei garden in Kunming Heilongtan Park).In this garden all kinds of scenic themes are used effectively with Mei as the major plant.It is a natural hill and pool Mei garden with hill,pool,and plants,all full of native culture and traditions.
