本文论述了高技术的技术策略及高技术产业发展的３种模式：硅谷模式、日本模式和台湾模式，这些模式均有各自的特点，并与其历史背景、政治、经济、传统文化等密切相关．文中，主要集中地讨论了如何成功地应用策略，强调了将技术策略和市场策略协同起来的重要性．最后，介绍了作者对中国发展高技术产业的看法．

In this paper technology strategy and three typical patterns of development of HiTech industry are discussed.Each of these patterns has its own characteristics closely related to its historical back-ground, political and economic environment and traditional culture etc. In the discussion the importance successful application of strategy is emphasized. Finally, some point of view of the development of Hi-Tech are presented.
