PRELIMINARY STUDY ON METH0D0LOGY OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT ASSESSMENT

贯彻《21世纪议程》可持续发展思想和《中国21世纪议程》环境与社会经济发展总体战略,本文阐述了一种新型的环境评价—可持续发展影响评价,并从评价对象,评价范围、评价方法、评价指标体系和评价准则等方面提出了一些具体的建议。

To carry out the sustainable development thought in the 'Agenda 21' and the total strategy of environmental and social economic development in the 'China's Agenda 21' , the article describes a new kind of environ-mental assessment---------sustainable development ipmact assessment. At the sametime, it also puts forward some particular proposals on evaluating object, evaluating range, evaluating methods, evaluating indicator system and eva-luating standard.
