摘要
约２０年前，老年期痴呆的诊断主要依靠临床标准。现在ＣＴ显著提高了这种疾病的诊断能力。本文描述一些常见痴呆病之典型的ＣＴ征象，着重研究Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ病和血管性痴呆的鉴别诊断。
About 20 years ago,the diagnosis of senile dementia depended mainly on clinical criteria.CT,at present,has revolutionized the diagnostic capabilities in this area.This report describes CT features that typify a number of commonly encountered dementing disorders and lays emphasis on differential diagnosis between Alzheimer disease and angiopathic dementia.
