摘要
回顾分析１４例经手术和病理证实的多发脑膜瘤的ＣＴ表现。１４例ＣＴ平扫时，其中１０例发现肿瘤２８个，４例无明确的肿瘤可见。全部病例增强后扫描，共发现肿瘤５７个，较平扫多发现２９个，占肿瘤总数的５０％，故增强ＣＴ扫描是诊断多发脑膜瘤的重要方法。多发脑膜瘤的数目、大小差别较大，既呈密集性分布亦可分散存在，ＣＴ诊断时，应全面观察，避免遗漏。
CT manifesitation of 14 patients with intracranial multi-meningiomas,58 tumors porven by surgery and pathclogy were reviewed. Before CT contrast enhancement,only 28 tumors were recognizied,in which 28 tumors were high density focuses.29 tumors was founded (29/58) after contrast enhancement.So the CT enhancement is an importment mean of diagnositic of multi-meningiomas.There were difference significantly between the amount and the size of body of the meningiomas.The meningiomas existed in collective or sporadic distribution,It is necessary to observe cerefully in CT scan diagnosis.
