成人脾脏大小的CT测量（附100例分析）

CT Measure of the Size of Adult Spleen: An Analysis of 100 Cases

对１００例正常成人脾脏进行ＣＴ测量以建立ＣＴ轴面像脾脏各径线的正常值标准。包括男性７５例，女性２５例，临床、ＣＴ、Ｂ超、实验室检查均无引起脾脏增大病变的表现。在轴面像上，测出脾最大长径与宽径，按层面叠加或直接在定位像求出脾上下径，然后进行数据的统计学处理。从本组资料中，得出轴面像上脾最大长径：男性为４．０５１０．１３ｃｍ，女性为３．４５～１０．９７ｃｍ；宽径：男性为０．６０～６．９６ｃｍ，女性为１．１５～６．８３ｃｍ；上下径：男性为７．１０～１０．０２ｃｍ，女性为４．８３～１１．８５ｃｍ。各径线测量值无明显性别差异。

The size of 100 normal spleen of adult was measured on CT scans.The purpose of this study was to send up the normal range of spleen size on CT axial picture,These patients included 75 male cases and 25 female cases,all of them had no disorder which could lead splenomegaly from their clinical,CT,ultrasound and laboratory examination data.On axial scans,we measured the length and width.The up-to-low distance of spleen getten by plusing the unmber of slices which spleen appeared or measured directly on scout view.All these data was analyzed statistically.We concluded the normal range of spleen size as following: On axial scans, the length are: male,4.05～10. 13cm,female,3.45～10.97cm;the widthare:male,0.6～6. 96cm,female,1.15～6. 85cm;theup-to-lowdistance:male,7.10～10.02 cm,female,4.83～11.85cm.
