摘要
应用X射线衍射仪的γ ̄(θ-θ)异步旋转方法和织构测定中的样品旋转机制,使单晶样品在一定角度范围内作主体转动,测出足够多的衍射峰(d7值).据此对大晶体宝石进行鉴定.以此同时,应用倒易点阵理论对获得的衍射信号和测试数据进行了讨论.
Big crystal gems were identified by X-ray diffracting technique,in whichthe specimens were rotated within a cubic angle by using the function of dissimilar-rotationof aθ-θ and the mechanisin as was used in measing texture,so that adequate diffractedpeaks(d-value)had been acquired.Meantime the corresponding data and informationwere discussed by reciprocal lattice theory.
