A Studyon Electron Probe X-Ray spectrum of YBaCuO Supercondu Ctive Materiel

用电子探针研究了经磁悬浮及不经磁悬浮的ＹＢａＣｕＯ的Ｘ射线谱，并和Ｃｕ＿２Ｏ、ＣｕＯ的Ｘ射线谱对照，讨论了高温超导及低温超导ＹＢａＣｕＯ的Ｘ射线谱的精细结构及价态．

By means of electron probe,a study on X-rdy spectrun of YBaCuO bothwith magnetic suspension and without in magnetic suspension has been made,and con-trasted with the X-ray spectrum of Cu_2O and CuO.The fine structure of X-ray spectrumand vanlency of both high temperature superconductive and low temperaturesuperconductive YBaCuO have been discussed.
