摘要
本文叙述了在没有标准样品的情况下一种选择LinkAN10000X射线能谱仪最佳工作参数的方法,以提高能谱分析精度和降低误差.这种方法在X射线能谱分析中有实际应用价值.
In order increase theaccuracy and reduce the error in the energy-dispersiveX-ray spectrometry(EDS) microanalysis without a standard specimen,the optimum op-eration parameters of Link AN 10000 were studied both experimentally and theore-tically. It is of a practical application value in EDS microanalysis.
