永磁合金的晶粒取向与矫顽力

摘要 烧结钕铁硼永磁合金的矫顽力随磁体内晶粒取向程度的提高(取向系数σ的减小)而下降.不同矫顽力理论对各种取向程度磁体矫顽力的计算值与实验结果的对比指出。成核机制与钉扎机制都与实验偏离较大,用反磁化核长大的发动场理论很好地解释了矫顽力的晶粒取向度关系. The coercivity of NdFeB sintermagnet decreases with the increasing of the grain alignment degrees of the magnets(decreasing of orientation distribution coefficient σ).The calculation values of coercivity of the magnets with different alignment degrees are deviating from the experiments seriously for both pinning mechanism and nucleation mechanism.In contrast with that,the calculated values basing on the starting field theory are in good agreement with the experimental results.
