摘要
采用等电聚焦凝胶电泳,分析了53份谷子地方资源的酯酶同功酶。其结果如下:(1)共出现45条谱带53种带型,证实了贵州谷子资源类型的丰富多样性;(2)不同类型品种间,其酶谱带型虽不一样,但均含有8A、11A,13A3条共同的基础酶带,且大多数品种都有29A、30A、38A、42A4条酶带,因而可将贵州谷子资源划归同一个地理类群。
spiked millet varieties collected from Qiannan mountainous area were analyzed by“IEF”method.The results showed:1)45 kinds of zymogram band and 53 kinds of zymogram type of esterase ispzyme obtained showed that spiked millet variety resources Was of diversity in Guizhou,2)the zymogram band was different among the varieties but all of the varieties in Guihzoucould be classified as the same geographic type because 3 basic types of 8A,11A,13A existedin every variety and most of them had 29A, 30A,38A and 42A.
