加载方式对精镗轴瓦壁厚影响的理论探讨

摘要 在轴瓦加工中,精镗壁厚是控制轴瓦的壁厚尺寸,保证轴瓦内圆表面有较低表面粗糙度的重要的精加工工序.本文分析了夹紧轴瓦时的加载方式对精镗轴瓦壁厚的影响,并给出了相应的计算公式. n the processing of bearings, the wall thickness bored with precision proves a significant fine machining process, which controls the wall thickness of the bearing and ensures it to be of less roughness on the internal surface. in this paper, an analysis is described of the effect of loading on the wall thickness of the bearing bored with precision while being clamped tight, and the computing formula is presented correspondingly.
