摘要
文章介绍了由８０３１单片机构成的集成电路测试系统的硬件结构及软件配置，并说明了两片８２５５芯片备端口的设置及Ｃ口状态的设置．
he paper intcoduces the hardware structure and the softWare of an integrated circuit testing system which is composed by 8031 single chip computer. The settings of each port of the two 8255 chips and C port state are explained.
