磷酸铵铜微肥的研制

摘要 本文探讨了以湿法磷酸,回收的氧化铜粉及氨水为原料制取微肥磷酸铵铜的最佳工艺条件,即反应温度60℃,最初磷酸浓度是含25%P2O5的水溶液,反应时间是60分钟~90分钟,溶液最终pH值为7,氧化铜粉采用铜院工序的铜污煅烧制得。由最佳工艺条件进行的小试生产结果表明:所得产品CuNH4PO4的纯度在85%以上,铜的转化率大于90%。 n this paper we studied the preparation of micronutrient fertilizer CuNH4PO4 from wet-method phosphoric acid, recovered copper oxide powder and ammonis liquor. The optimum process conditions we set were that reaction temperature is 60℃, the initial phosphoric acid solution contains 25 Percent of P2O5, reaction time is 60~90 minutes and final pH of the solution is 7. Powder of copper oxide was made from waste copper catalyst by calcining. Experiments show that the concentration of the obtained product CuNH4PO4 is above 85 percent and the conversion rate of copper is more than 90 percent.
