玉米种子与母体蛋白质含量的遗传效应分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过7个亲本自交系的双列杂交,采用谷类作物数量性状平均数遗传模型,对玉米籽粒的蛋白质含量进行了遗传分析.结果表明,玉米籽粒蛋白质含量同时受到种子和母体遗传效应的控制,种子的直接显性效应和母体显性效应分别达到极显著和显著水平.遗传效应预测值表明,选用3360做为亲本较易获得高蛋白组合. In this study 7 inbred lines were used in diallel crosses. Genetic analysis were conducted for the kernel protein content of corn by using a new genetic model for quantitative characters of seeds in cereal crops. The results showed that the protein content was controlled by both seed direct genetic effects and maternal genetic effects. Seed direct dominant effect and maternal dominant effect were highly significant and significant respectively. Predicted genetic effects indicated that 3360 was better than any other parents for increasing the kernel protein content of a combination.
